River Fest

Event update

The 2026 Riverfest has been deferred due to budget and resourcing pressures.

Council will instead deliver a series of smaller events and activations across the Rockhampton CBD and Riverside precinct to keep our community connected and celebrating throughout the year.

A review of Council’s major events program will also take place to help shape future events.
