Rockhampton River Festival is set to light up the Riverside Precinct once again, with the full program for River Fest 2025 now officially released. From Friday 25 to Sunday 27 July, the city will come alive with music, art and culture and the best part? It’s free!

Festival-goers can now explore the complete event timetable on the Rockhampton River Festival website and via the Rockhampton Events app, making it easier than ever to plan their perfect festival experience.

Rockhampton Region Mayor Tony Williams said this year’s festival continues to build on the legacy of creativity and connection that has made River Fest a signature event for Central Queensland.

“River Fest is a celebration of everything that makes Rockhampton a great place to live, work and invest,” Mayor Williams said.

“This year’s program is packed with incredible talent, from national music acts to local creatives in the Artist Collective. Whether you're here for the food, the workshops, the art installations or the music, there’s something for everyone.

“We’re proud to offer a festival that’s mostly free and accessible to all, and we encourage visitors to download the Rockhampton Events app to make the most of their weekend.”

Note: Featured in the VNR is a custom swing created by artist Rachel Burke who will be delivering workshops at RMOA during River Festival. The swing will be installed outside Customs House for the duration of River Fest.
