Shooting to fame at the age of 19 with a viral audition video that now has over 50 million views on YouTube, Karise Eden has arguably one of Australia’s most distinctive voices, with two ARIA Awards, gold and platinum records and multiple Top 5 positions in the ARIA and AIR charts.

Kylie Fisher

Kylie Fisher, powerhouse vocalist and entertainer, is taking her signature high-energy piano party across the nation this July–November with a massive 50-date headline tour across Australia – including performances at Rockhampton River Festival on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 July.

Pity Vincent

Pity Vincent come screaming down the lines with all the vigour and hell raised in brutal Grunge Rock. The young and heavily mulleted three-piece from the Sunshine Coast are showing us the alternative side to the Sunny Coast scene.

Tripsitta

Tripsitta are a Burning Man wild storm fully unleashed onto the Australian music scene, with the intensity to match. Drawing their inspiration from the inclusive attitudes and the open minded nature found in Australian counter culture, their music combines classic psychedelic rock with modern indie production and songwriting sensibilities.

Those Folk

Charismatic, authentic and thoroughly entertaining, Lawrence Menard (USA) and Clare Quinn (AUS) are the transpacific-troubadours known as ‘Those Folk’. Since meeting in Scotland in 2012, they have travelled extensively together and are now based on the Sunshine Coast.

Paco Wolfe

Paco Wolfe is a singer-songwriter whose music captures the beauty of life’s winding journey. After years of playing in various bands and chasing melodies across different stages, he found his true voice in an unexpected place a quiet European village, where his sound took shape.

David Flower

David Flower – Singer-songwriter and musician from the East Coast of Australia; playing his original progressive roots, blues, reggae and rock. Known for spirited and engaging performances, filling dance floors with his trademark acoustic guitar feels and dynamic rich vocals.

Andrea Kirwin & Claire Evelynn

Australian/Fijian singer-songwriter Andrea Kirwin and her wife Claire Evelynn have been travelling and performing at Festivals together since 2008. The combination of Celtic Harp along with Andrea's soulful heartfelt original songs which she performs on vocals, guitar, harmonica, cigar box guitar and stomp has been described by many as a spell binding combination.

Rachael Dee & The Freelancers

Rachael has a passion for connecting with people. With an authentic twang you cannot deny her country roots, having been raised in the outback in Central Western Queensland. Collaboration through music and singing has been an ever present outlet throughout her life, and Rachael acknowledges music as a powerful vehicle for expression to reach people of all ages, backgrounds, and stages of life

Daryl James

Gabrielle Kerr is a rising Bat Prince of folk. Hailing from Kabi Kabi country, the strange raconteur is an old soul watching this new world spin.

Jack Raymond

Occasionally a voice grips you. Makes a song feel like the arrival of an old friend even when you don’t know the words. Jack Raymond has one of those voices. It’s the crackling of a campfire, boots on a gravel road, whisky meets ice. It’s a voice you’ve never heard before but you’ve known it your whole life.

Tom Harrington is an indie-folk and country artist, with one of the most dynamic sets you’ll see. His live vocal looping brings an seamless dynamic to beautiful instant harmonies whilst still remaining present and flowing.

The Mudflowers

The Mudflowers are a four-piece band based in Central QLD. Forming in November 2023 blending a range of eclectic influences into a fresh captivating sound.

Average Like Barry

Average Like Barry is a Rockhampton band born on the banks of the mighty Fitzroy (or close by) in the early 2000s. After a twenty year hiatus the boys are back channelling the raw emotion and rebellious spirit of genres such as grunge and alternative rock, they deliver a powerful mix of choons that defined the '80s, '90s, and 2000s.

Thickshake

Drawing inspiration from modern and classic hits from Indie, Pop, Rock even R&B and Hip Hop - Thickshake will have you toe-tapping and swaying along to tunes mixed by inspiration in a delicious blend - just like your favourite flavour of thickshake.

Raining Roses

Raining Roses is a local rock/pop band with a large repertoire of original music and well known covers. The band members all have over 15+ years of experience performing across Queensland. Their sound has evolved from country/blues to more alternative rock and pop influences. The original music they are currently working on is inspired by artists like Alanis Morrissette, No Doubt and Joan Jett.

New Nectar

New Nectar has caused a stir in the local music scene with their brand new, debut EP, released only recently on all streaming platforms.

Larren Bean

Larren Bean embraces the soul of a nomadic troubadour, weaving melodic tales and good vibes through carefully chosen country and rock classics, and adding a healthy dose of Americana and roots music with his original music. Combining decades of performing, and a vast and eclectic songbook, Larren’s performances are guaranteed to be energetic and entertaining.

The Short Fall

The Short Fall is the alias of Central Queensland based singer-songwriter Angelo Conway, who walks effortlessly through the realms of alternative, indie, pop & folk rock to create a catalogue of guitar-driven songs laden with vocal harmonies, catchy hooks and a hint of melancholy.

The Urban Sea

Well-known around the live music venues and dive bars of Brisbane, The Urban Sea have been making waves with their unique blend of indie soul and rock. A genre-fluid melting pot of influences, The Urban Sea is renowned for their huge live sound and songs that resonate with fans across the musical spectrum.

Paper Lane

Paper Lane is a Brisbane based indie rock band. Since their formation in early 2023, Paper Lane has swiftly asserted themselves as a significant presence in the vibrant South East Queensland music scene.

Long Way Home

Long Way Home is made up of Sunshine Coast locals Will Outridge and Savannah Murphy. An independent folk duo, their music is heavily influenced by their hometown’s easy-going, coastal culture.

Yeppoon Ukulele Movement

The YUM band represents a Yeppoon-based ukulele club whose aim is to promote the enjoyment of music by bringing people together to play ukulele. Expect a repertoire of popular songs from the 1950's, 60's and 70's through to contemporary times. Their aim is to have fun and provide entertainment.

Olivia Ruth

Olivia Ruth has been a rising star in the music industry for over a decade. They are renowned for delivering electrifying live performances that captivate audiences and leave them in sheer awe. Their performances promise an unforgettable and unique experience that resonates with diverse audiences, showcasing a seamless blend of tradition and innovation.

Chill Hill

Chill Hill is a four-piece indie rock band from the Capricorn Coast. These elegantly-haired blokes are ready to rock their first River Fest with their guitar-driven original sound inspired by the likes of The Arctic Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand, Hockey Dad and Australian Crawl.
