Retail and Food Vendor Expressions
Rockhampton River Festival is Central Queensland’s premier celebration of arts, culture, and community, held annually along the stunning Fitzroy River (Tunuba). Since its inception in 2014, the festival has grown into a vibrant three-day event that brings together over 35,000 people to experience the best of local talent, diverse cuisine, and immersive entertainment.

Power access is $55 per 10amp & 15amp outlet and $75 per 3phase outlet.
All site fees and associated costs are inclusive of GST.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Applications will be assessed based on suitability for the event and the following event selection criteria:
- Preference will be given to applicants with product or experience that will complement and enhance the event.
- The quality of photos in your application will be used to determine your suitability for the event.
- The description you provide to explain your product range will ensure duplication of similar vendors does not occur.
- The online presence your business has will be reviewed, including your active social media accounts and website.
- Applicants must meet all requirements, including supplying the relevant documentation (e.g. Public Liability Insurance, Food Business Licence, Workplace Health and Safety Induction)
- Applicants that can trade during full event operating days and hours and have not closed early at a previous event.
- Applicants who can bump in on time and leave their site as they found it, clean and devoid of waste.
- Vendors that have professional displays/site setup and good signage.
If your site is located in an area without access to power, vendors must bring solar or battery operated lighting. No generators.
Successful applicants will receive a trade site offer with further details around the event, its requirements and terms of trade.
