Drawing inspiration from modern and classic hits from Indie, Pop, Rock even R&B and Hip Hop - Thickshake will have you toe-tapping and swaying along to tunes mixed by inspiration in a delicious blend - just like your favourite flavour of thickshake.

After taking some time off from performing gigs and some added persuasion from friends, Thickshake (aka Alex), was convinced to start performing music live again in 2023. While building up a solid repertoire of cover songs, he gradually started writing his own music influenced by the various genres that interest him.
