Straight from the heart of Noosa, Brazzo Boys brings the bold, smoky flavours of a Brazilian Churrasco (BBQ). Using a variety of meats such as Beef rump cap (Picanha), marinated chicken thigh, pork chorizo and also haloumi cheese and cook them in a flame of charcoal and wood. Meals are served with a Brazilian salad, in a crusty roll or on loaded fries. 

It’s an authentic Brazilian way of cooking barbecue using a rotisserie with big spits smoking the meats to perfection.
